Erasmus

Erasmus + is the EU Program for Education, Training, Youth, and Sport for the period 2022-2027. It integrates seven existing EU programs in the fields of education, training and youth, as well as sports. Erasmus + aims to improve skills and employability, as well as to modernize education, training and youth systems.

* The Integrated Lifelong Learning Program (LLP) (Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Comenius, Grundtvig), the Youth in Action Program and five international cooperation programs (Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Alfa, Edulink and industrial cooperation programs).

ECTS Implementation (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System)

ECTS system is the credit system used in the European Higher Education Area (HELEX) and applies to all countries that are part of the Bologna Process. ECTS credits express the workload students need to achieve the expected learning outcomes. According to the basic characteristics of ECTS, 60 credits are divided into a workload of one full year academic year, 30 ECTS credits are usually divided into one semester and 20 ECTS credits into a three-year period.
